- Health Care Start-up:
Situation: A team of doctors has developed a new diagnostic tool to assist in the treatment of sleep disorders. They now want to pursue investor funding and marketing efforts to introduce their product to the health care industry.
Results: We are working with both the doctors and their technology support team to develop a business plan and its accompanying financial projections. In addition, we are leading efforts to design corporate branding materials and initial marketing brochures, training guides and service standards.
- Upscale National Specialty Retailer
Situation: In the face of a changing retail landscape and increasing competition, our client wanted to ensure its brand positioning remained relevant and compelling.
Results: Working closely with their Executive Committee, we advised them on how to refresh and promote a consistent brand strategy. We regularly supported CEO presentations to the Corporate Board and industry conferences.
- Internet Marketer of Specialty Furniture
Situation: A company that specialized in the design and production of toxin-free children’s furniture was undercapitalized. Management needed a business plan to secure funding for a new website and to pursue expansion into new markets.
Results: Assisted the owners and board in developing a business strategy that enabled a refinancing of the company’s debt. Raised sufficient funds to re-launch the company’s web site and redesign its product line. The company is now cash positive.

Situation: Client was in need of an updated strategic plan to guide resource allocation in the rapidly changing marketplace for health care services.
Results: We provided direction for the identification and prioritization of key investment strategies that strengthened their competitiveness. We achieved strong managemnt buy-in and gained board approval to implement the strategies.
